In 2004, we embarked on this journey with a small yet passionate team formed with some of Switzerland's leading Patisserie masters, driven by a love for chocolate. The foundation of this journey was to explore the artistic side of chocolate and offer new flavors to the world through it. Our mission was to take chocolate artistry to the next level by blending traditional techniques with modern touches, and to recreate some of the world's most renowned creations.
This journey was more than just an ordinary venture; we came together to travel around the world, dive into the origins of chocolate art, and aim to reflect the traces of various cultures and histories in our flavors. We believed that ancient techniques and recipes, which span centuries, needed to be reinterpreted with a modern perspective. Our techniques trace back to 100 years ago, and we combine this heritage with today's creative touches. However, no matter how deep-rooted the past is, our flavors and ideas have always remained fresh and exciting.
